If a person can regulate their sources of spirituality, it brings them great joy. Since we are all different in nature, spirituality is different for most of us. The goal behind the search for your spirituality is through a need to reach across to connect with your spiritual side. What ever you should find you a good feeling about you. While you meditate, do not want to act or think about your body and mind power. Leave space for freedom. Once you finish your meditation, say a little prayer for the suffering people in the world.
